Collecting Charges for an Existing Subscription with Pending/Overdue Invoice​

To collect charges for an already existing subscription with a pending or overdue invoice, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the "Invoice" section in your Pabbly Subscription Billing dashboard.
2. Search for the specific invoice for which you want to collect charges.
3. Hover over the selected invoice, and click on the three dots option.
4. From the menu that appears, select the "Collect Charge" option.

5. Choose the card details from which you want to collect the charge.

6. Click on the "proceed" button to initiate the charge collection process.

Collecting Charge by Creating a New Offline Subscription​

To collect charges by creating a new offline subscription, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Subscription section in your Pabbly Subscription Billing dashboard to create a new offline subscription for a customer.
2. Use Add Subscription to create a new Subscription.
3. Fill out all the necessary details for the subscription to create the subscription.
3. In the "Payment Method" section, choose the option "Card Details of the Customer."
4. Click on the "Submit" button to proceed with collecting the charge.
