    Yes, trigger is working, however did you check the entire workflow? First action says that if lead is tagged full-contact, it will continue the workflow. However, it does not. This History ID below for example. We tagged it as Full-contact but it did not create a lead and a deal on FreshSales...

    I see what you did, which is using the name on the deal but "name" is not unique... There are names on the deal that are the same. If you scrolled down on the test that you did, there are a lot of results there: AJ, AJ, AJ, AJ Woronovich, Amy, Aja, Ajla, Aja Dailey, Kristine.
