    It is not accepting the same file for me. I tried logout and login again still the same error message. Please see the attached screen recording video file.

    It is not taking csv file input. Even I upload the sample downloaded file, but it shows an error that it is not a valid csv file. Kindly guide if we need to update some settings before uploading the csv file or is there any other alternative to uplaod the contact list
