    Thanks, it seems to be working now but it makes duplicate tasks in Asana. For an example, when I book an appointment, it creates 2 tasks and when I cancel that appointment, it create 2 different tasks.     Thanks. The google spreadsheet name is Asana Tasks. But now non of the appointments pops up in Asana. It used to work fine. In workflow history it says success.

    Hello, is there a way to add Canceled to the Asana task that is created when someone cancel their appointment? or does this still needs the search function? If so, I'm getting an email when an appointment is canceled is there a way to utilize this to create a task in Asana?

    We have the Asana Starter plan. The date/time formatter messes up the time. I used format date only because I don't need the timezone.
