The workflow does not run even when new rows are added to the spreadsheet.
When customers submit a lead form through Meta Ads, the data is received in a Google spreadsheet. We're using a Make automation tool to connect it.- hong

The workflow does not run even when new rows are added to the spreadsheet.
I set up a workflow from Google Sheets to Asana. During testing, it works normally, but it doesn't function when actual data is entered. Why is that? Notes: 1. The Google Sheet is a shared file. 2. I have full editor permissions for the spreadsheet.- hong
