    MySQL : trigger time

    I can see that the trigger time for Mysql is 1 hour . Is this the same for all plans ? Does it really mean that if data is added this trigger will not automatically work but it may work even 1 hour later ? (which is far from 15 min of zapier in this case) Thank you
