    I created a workflow. I selected the trigger ''when new user''. I added a new user but it doesn't trigger. I waited for more then 30 hours. It should work in 10 minutes because I have the paid plan. When I test it, it shows the old user and not the new one. Can you see what is going wrong?

    In an existing workflow I created a new channel when a new member joins the community. The channel is created "[username]-onboarding" However, when I want to add the user to this channel it says ''channel not found'' What am I doing wrong? Because I checked the channel and it is created...

    Hello, Thanks for your answer. This name is not taken. There is no user or channel that exist in the slack community. I also checked other fields and get the same error. Do you have another explanation?

    I receive an error when I want to create a Slack channel.

    When an order comes in I want to do the following: 1. Create Slack channel [ordername_onboarding] 2. Add users to new channel Step 1 is working, however because it's a new channel I can't choose the new channel in the slack options. Do anyone have an idea? Thanks!
