    Salesforce Custom Domain

    I am trying to connect to Salesforce to do some connects but the Salesforce I have to connect to uses a custom domain like many others. When I click connect, it takes me to the general login, when I then click Custom Domain it allows me to log in, but it never registers the connection. Any Ideas?
