One other thing that I discovered is that we cannot introduce line break in the description even if we use static data. Without line breaks and using static data, the custom fields will be populated.- leegz

Hi @Supreme, I think what @dvera means is that the custom fields work when you do not use dynamic data in the description field. I encountered the same issue and the custom fields get populated when I removed the dynamic data from the description field.- leegz
