    Rejected payments do not generate subscription.

    When a person fills out the checkout form and does not pay or their payment is not completed (PB2.jpg), a subscription is generated in the "Pending" status (PB1.jpg. We do not want a subscription to be generated when a person DOES NOT pay. That I can?
