    Has anyone been able to set it up with Freescout installation. I am hoping to achieve this: 1. New Customer added in PerfexCRM - search for contact in Freescout - if none exist then add a new contact 2. Update Customer information in PerfexCRM - updates contact information in Freescout Thanks
