What happens if I set a plan to inactive? Does the existing subscription still going on? I want to stop receiving new subscriber. I dont want to stop any ongoing subscription.
One more thing, what happens if I change the number of billing cycle for a plan? Does it affect existing subscriber?
Do you have affiliate management for subscription billing? I have a subscription service with more than 1000 paid subscriber. I am searching a way to include an affiliate system to grow more subscriber.
On 28th July, I registered & paid for PSB (Monthly) - Basic Plan. And unfortunately the plan is not for me.
I tried to request for cancelation & refund on 29th July. Later I received an email with an expired zoho meeting link to disccus about my cancelation (?).
