    I fixed it. you have to unpublish or deativate it and re-activate the form its dumb and a bug.

    I am using JotForm to Lead Connector v2 and this is not the first time this has happened When I edit a Connection such as adding a field I lose the ContactID number is not available.. I've tried refreshing the fields etc and not go.. I ahvce to start the whole damn thing from scratch
