    I have fixed this issue. Will this happen with the "Instant Lead" trigger also? Because "instant lead" trigger is supposed to be real time.

    Yes, I'm receiving the leads in crm but this issue happens when I stop the workflow and restart it a few days later. It sends the old leads from a couple of days back. Also, I'm using "New Lead" trigger.
