Eventbrite to GHL missing data

I have 2 questions I am asking Eventbrite users. The question comes after they register and I think this might be causing the issue for it to not catch the info correctly.
The second question, news letter yes or no is what I want to trigger, if it has that then I want it to add a contact in GHL and add a tag, but Pabbly is always giving a null find because it isn't finding the newsletter question right away.

Hello @soleimanb ,
You've used New Order (All Events) this event so when user is getting register it sending you user data the cellphone and newletter question comes after registration either make those 2 fields before registration or put time delay of 1-5 minutes and fetch data of event(which you are doing).
