How do i make workflow go through only once?

I have a workflow set up, received email with certain words, create organisation, lead info and so on in pipedrive.

But sometimes this email is received multiple times, and i want it to know that this has already been set up. So it doesnt have to do it again.

I have a workflow set up, received email with certain words, create organisation, lead info and so on in pipedrive.

But sometimes this email is received multiple times, and i want it to know that this has already been set up. So it doesnt have to do it again.

You can store unique data somewhere let say in google sheet. And before entering data in pipedrive check the google sheet if the data is there or not. Upon checking this task history we noticed that this task history failed since the key mapped under the name field hasn't been received in the response, refer to the attached image for more info.

Secondly, the task histories that you have shared are of different dates and has the different context so it doesn't seem to be a case of duplicate entries.
