Pabbly Connect Workflow Stops and Doesn't Comment on Facebook

Hi Team,

I’m facing an issue with my Pabbly Connect workflow. For the past month, it stops working every day and doesn’t comment on my Facebook pages. I contacted the Facebook team, and they said there’s no problem on their end.

Here’s what’s happening:

1. Workflow Stops Daily: The workflow stops working after a day, and I have to turn it on again manually.
2. Comments Not Posting: It’s not posting comments on my Facebook pages, and I don’t see any error messages in the Pabbly Connect dashboard.

What I’ve Tried:

• Reconnected my Facebook account in Pabbly Connect.
• Checked the workflow history, but no errors show up.
• Confirmed with Facebook support that everything is fine on their side.
• Reduced the comment frequency to follow Facebook’s rules.

Even after doing all this, the issue still happens. Is there something else I should check, or could this be a bug?

Hello @sonuku,

It looks like some changes were made to your workflow but were not saved correctly. Please try saving both the trigger and action steps again for both workflows. Then, either add a test or re-execute the existing task history and let us know the results.

I have already given you all information what issue I am facing for a month and I am losing a lot of business due to this . My workflow not working properly , it stopped automatically on daily basis. I have to comment manually daily while having the subscription of pabbly connect.
