SERIOUS PROBLEM!!! - almost all of my free task are not counting as free

I have prepared a video showing that my workflows are charging me for free workflow steps. See this video showing that most of my workflow is built of free tasks but my workflows have 100-200 steps and most of them are billing me for tasks that should be free! How long has this been going on? I need this to be fixed and refunds back on my credir card for incorrect credit consumption and additional subscriptions that I've had to purchase to keep my workflows running.

Thank you for sharing the video and bringing this to our attention. We want to assure you that we are not charging you for free tasks. However, there appears to be a bug in the display of task consumption within the dashboard. If you search for a specific task history ID, you will notice that the task consumption is accurate, and only paid tasks are being counted as such.

This display issue is currently under investigation, and our team is actively working to resolve it. Please rest assured that everything is functioning correctly on the back end, and you are not being overcharged. I have been operating on 20,000 tasks every month for some time and this month, all of a sudden, I'm about to run ouf of 30,000. This doesn't add up or make sense with my usage patterns to now need 40,000 tasks compared to under 20,000 each month. When I received the low credit email I began investigating and I see that I appear to be charged for free tasks.

We wanted to inform you that there is currently a bug in the task history display. However, if you review the task consumption by workflows and carefully examine specific task history IDs, you’ll notice that the task count is accurate.

We want to assure you that you are not being charged extra; the issue is limited to an incorrect display of task usage, which is currently under investigation.

When will this issue be fixed? I have no way to track and confirm my credit usage since my tasks include mostly free steps but looking at the main dashboard shows the wrong information for workflow steps and free task steps. I need to verify that my credits are being consumed properly in a way that allows me to see all the task history on a summary page without needing to go into each task history.

I am quite positive that I am being billed according to the erroneously shown amounts in the history and not all free tasks are being counted as free. Since I started noticing and reporting this issue to you, I have seen consistent higher credit usage that doesn't make sense. Please look into this. In the meantime, please tell me on task IjU3NjUwNTZlMDYzMTA0MzE1MjY4NTUzNzUxMzU1MTY2NTQzODBmMzEi_pc how many free tasks and how many credits were charged? Please provide supporting documents.
