Trouble Creating Test Lead with TikTok Lead Form – Data Not Populating

Hi everyone,

I’m currently setting up an automation workflow that sends data from TikTok Lead Forms to a Google Sheet. However, I’m running into an issue: I’m unable to create a test lead using the TikTok Lead Form action.

Because I can’t generate a test result, the data couldn't proceed to populate to my Google Sheet as expected. I've followed the basic setup steps, but nothing seems to go through.

Has anyone experienced this or know what steps I might be missing? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Could you please share more details about the issue you’re experiencing? It would also be helpful if you could share the workflow URL with us.

As part of the troubleshooting, we recommend creating a new connection and trying again to see if that resolves the issue.

I just recreated the workflow and tried testing again, but I'm still facing the same issue. I followed the steps in this video:
and used a 2-step workflow since the form is not connected to a live campaign yet.

To avoid any permissions issues, I also disconnected the TikTok Ad Manager from the Business Center and connected it directly. LOoks like it is connected accurately but the lead is not flowing through.

The issue has now been resolved, and you can now create the test lead. Please try creating a test lead and let us know if it works fine for you.
