Connect Digital Access Pass (DAP) to Flodesk

Hey Support Team,

I have Flodesk and would like to connect it to the courses I have hosted in Digital Access Pass (DAP). I understand that I have to use web hooks to make this happen but I don't think I am doing it right and I am starting to get frustrated.

I want to make 2 connections:

1- If someone buys a course in DAP, they get added to the right segment in Flodesk
2- If someone gets access via Flodesk (in this case, the course is free) they get access to the course in DAP

I saw that there is an automation sequence in DAP where I can connect to Pabbly directly but I guess I am not sure how to make all the connections with the web hooks despite watching and reading how to do it on the DAP support site.

Could you please share a screen recording showing how you have set up the configuration in DAP, along with the workflow URLs where you are trying to achieve this use case?

Currently, we do not have a direct integration with the DAP application you mentioned. However, if DAP supports webhooks, you can use the Webhook by Pabbly feature to capture course buyer details. We recommend reaching out to DAP's support team to understand how their application can be connected to a webhook. Since we don't have a native integration with DAP, we unfortunately don't have the necessary information to guide you on setting it up in the trigger step (first step of the workflow).

2- If someone gets access via Flodesk (in this case, the course is free) they get access to the course in DAP

If DAP provides a REST API, you can use the API (Pabbly) module to execute the endpoint that grants course access. Please share the cURL request and the API documentation for the endpoint you’re trying to use so we can assist you further in setting up the endpoint.
