Issue with Lead Assignment Rule in Zoho CRM via Pabbly Integration

I have integrated Facebook Instant Forms with Zoho CRM using Pabbly. While the leads submitted through the Facebook forms are successfully appearing in Zoho CRM, they are all being assigned to the admin user by default.

It appears that the lead assignment rule configured within Zoho CRM is not being triggered for these incoming leads. I have reviewed the assignment rule settings, and they are active, but the integration via Pabbly seems to bypass or ignore them.

Could you please assist in identifying why the assignment rule is not being applied and guide me on how to ensure the leads are distributed according to the configured rules?

Hello @IACG Multimedia,

Please try using the action titled "Insert/Update Record with Assignment Rule". This option allows you to include the Assignment Rule ID directly within the action, which should fulfill your requirement.

Kindly test it out and let us know how it goes.
