Hello everyone, I would like to ask you a question. I am really a neophyte so I would like to know if I can in the construction of a Chatbot take data from Google Sheet. in particular, I need to each question that the user asks to be answered with a predefined value and take the value in a column of Google sheet. I hope that was clear.

I give an example of a chatbot inside whatsapp of an idea to build it
Bot: hello
me : hello
Bot whats your name?
me : Dany
Bot: Want to know how much your iPhone costs?
me : yes
Bot select your model
me : iphone 15 pro
Bot : your iphone cost is 600 dollars

so I have to take the cost 600 dollars from my google sheet because obviously for each different model I have to take the relative value

It’s not possible to set up the workflow you’re describing using only Google Sheets and WhatsApp. If you’d like, you can watch the video shared below, which shows how to set up this workflow using Google Sheets, OpenAI, and WhatsApp to send relevant replies. Using just Google Sheets and WhatsApp is not sufficient.
