Pabbly Workflow Check and Task History Error

It's working fine so far, but when I check the task history data, I cannot open the the 5most recent task history data details (the pop up showed Warning Invalid Data after I did some changes to the workflow (i change the trigger event in the first workflow from New Lead Instant into New Lead). The reason I did this was because it was having error when trying to capture the answers of the lead form, so I decided to change the trigger event to solve it. Please also check if there's still something wrong with the workflow.

Hi, my task history is showing error when I try to click on the task history. Can you please show me how to solve the problem?

Could you please try setting up a new workflow from scratch and disabling the existing one? Once done, check if you're able to access the task history for the newly created workflow and let us know the outcome.
