Canva Access token is revoked

Hi i am having an issue of the Canva access token is revoked after a few days of setting the integration up. Every time i have to go and create a new integration in Canva. I am not sure where the issue is and would appreciate some help on this. If it is not a Pabbly issue some guidance would be great. Thank you.

Could you please share the workflow in which you're facing the Canva token revocation issue? This will help us take a closer look at the setup.

Additionally, we kindly request you to disable the auto re-execution setting for that specific workflow. This will ensure that if the connection does expire, the related error remains visible in the task history, allowing our team to accurately monitor and assess the issue.

Just wanted to confirm that no password or account changes have been made on the Canva side recently.

However, the issue still persists — the access token keeps getting revoked every few days without any action from our end. This has now become a routine where I have to go into Canva, regenerate the token, and update the connection in Pabbly to get things running again.

It would really help if the dev team could check whether there's anything on the integration side that's causing the token to not persist beyond a few days.

Happy to provide logs or run any test steps if needed to help troubleshoot this further. Appreciate your support on this.
