Error when editing

Hello, when I attempt to edit any items on a form it gives me an error upon saving and tells me to try again later. Could anyone help with this please?

Please try editing the form after clearing your browser cache, and let us know if you're able to save the changes. We’ve tested it on our end, and the changes were saving successfully.

Hello, this has still not been fixed over three months later, this error still happens across Chrome, Firefox, Edge, different browsers clean caches different computers even. I am rapidly losing faith in this service because while it certainly is useful for my applications the fact that this bug has not been fixed is immensely frustrating. Are there any updates on this?
