I would like to ask, I did not see this package yesterday and bought the 5th package with 200,000 tasks/month. So what if I switch to the Unlimited Tasks Every Month package? Because the cost is the same.

Hello @stevenphan,

Downgrading a plan is allowed only within a 30-day period from the subscription or billing date. Since your subscription/billing date is beyond this 30-day window, we are unable to process your downgrade request.

So I want to ask, I am currently paying more but can only use 200,000 tasks/month. While the cheaper package gives unlimited. So can I convert the remaining months of the current package to the unlimited package?

As per our policy, upgrade, downgrade, or plan transfer requests are acceptable only within 30 days of purchase. Since your plan has crossed this period, we won’t be able to change it at this stage.

However, we recommend that you cancel the current plan at the next billing date and then choose the desired plan accordingly.

So if I cancel the current package, will I get a refund of the remaining money? Because I renewed for 1 year. If so, after canceling, I will buy the renewal package again.
