Hello,
I have a workflow set up to bring data from our LinkedIn out reach campaign software into our HubSpot CRM so that our team can follow up with people that respond to our LinkedIn outreach.
Here are the steps in the workflow that we've set up:
1. Webhook by Pabbly
The majority of the time, this flow works great! However, every so often it will fail when people add things to their last name on their LinkedIn profile. The work flow has problems deal with situations such as when users put an emoji or a designation that includes trademark symbol because text formatter in step 3 is not able to remove the special characters and sometimes a blank space will persist despite goign through that step of the workflow.
How can we fixt this step in the workflow to deal with these situations?
Thanks!

Here are the steps in the workflow that we've set up:
1. Webhook by Pabbly
- catches the data sent by our campaign manager when prospect replies to our outreach campaign
- Checks to see whether webhook data contained an email address
- if blank, it inserts [email protected] as a default email address
- Checks email value to remove any white space that may have been inserted at step 2
- Uses email value to verify whether the responding person is already in our contact database
- If contact exists in CRM
- Update contact record with campaign identification info
- Check for an open deal associated with the campaign that triggered the Webhook
- If Deal exists
- add contact to deal
- If no deal,
- create a deal.
