Hi Pabbly Support Team,


I’m having an issue with a Pabbly Connect workflow where reminder emails still get sent even if a Google Calendar event was canceled or rescheduled. I Think i need to modify my workflow. Can you guide me on how I can do that how i can check Google Calendar status and i also want to send a emails reminder to customers for meeting

Hi @kumarbobbyldh,

Currently, you are mapping the meeting status from step 13 of your workflow, which will give you the older event status. Instead, you should add a 'Get Event by ID' action step after each Delay step to retrieve the current status of the event. Then, use this updated status in the Filter step.
