How to create a workflow for auto-reply when a customer initiates a conversation on WhatsApp?

I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
Basically, customers already know our WhatsApp number, and they will send a message to our WhatsApp with the ID that we use for registration. As soon as they send any message, I need to send an automatic reply. It doesn’t need to be unique for each customer — just a general message.

Kindly share a tutorial video or any detailed guide. Alternatively, if possible, an admin can update my workflow to a working one. I need quick help.
