Fb did not trigger when new lead came, as i have attached the screen shot, last lead it capture was 28-11 but it did not trigger the workflow , in work flow history it is saying 19-11 last time workflow ran

Could you please confirm if the correct form is selected in your workflow? The form selected in the workflow and the form ID appearing in the task history seem to be different. Ensuring both match will help us identify the issue accurately.'

we have changed the form, and from then we are facing the issue, the form which is active is connected in workflow, and in workflow history it is showing old form

Hello @dave_tim,

Could you please try creating a new workflow instead of modifying the existing one? Kindly set up the trigger again and capture a fresh lead from the correct form. Once the lead is captured and the Form ID matches accurately, you can copy and paste the remaining steps from the old workflow into the new one.

This approach will ensure that the correct form is linked and that the leads are captured and processed accurately.
