The issue appears to be related to the template you are using. We tried sending the template message directly through Pabbly Chatflow and encountered the same error.

Please create a new template and try sending the message using that template.

We have created a new template and applied it to Pabbly Connect, but it is still showing an error.

The new template appears to be working. In the Pabbly Chatflow: Send Template Message action, the data was not being mapped from the previous step. We have mapped the data on your behalf, and it seems to have resolved the issue.

You need to make sure that data is passed in all the fields. Since there was no data in the City field, you encountered this issue.

We manually passed the City name and were able to send the message without any issues.

In Fluent Forms, please make all the fields that you are passing to the Pabbly Chatflow action step mandatory, so that none of the fields are sent empty.
