I don't authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account.
Is anyone else seeing downtime with Pabbly Connect? I keep getting 500 and 502 errors on processes and am seeing no workflow history in over an hour which is causing complications for my business

The RSS trigger doesn’t work either. I don’t understand why, when there are problems with the service, customer support doesn’t announce this publicly. Personally, I start checking all my workflows assuming the problem is on my side. This feels very disrespectful to their customers.

We recently rolled out some major updates in Pabbly Connect. During this process, a few unexpected issues caused a temporary server downtime.

Downtime: 23 January 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM IST

The issue has now been resolved, and everything is back to normal.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Webhooks triggered during this period were queued and will be executed shortly. Some delays or scheduled workflows may have been affected.
