hi, is it possible to set an action time delay on the exact event date? For example when someone optin to our form on webinar kit and the webinar will be happening on February 10, 2026 at 3pm. And before the webinar starts I will set a reminder for 30 minutes and 5 minutes before? If yes can you send a step by step instruction or video guidel on how to set up?

Hi @Clicknamics,

Yes, this is possible. You can add the delay by following the steps shown in the attached screenshot.
Please use DateTime Formatter (Add/Subtract Time) to subtract 30 or 5 minutes from the webinar start time, and then use Delay (Add Time Delay → Delay Until) by mapping the formatted result.

This will trigger the reminder at the exact required time.
