All three of your workflows appear to be triggering now. If there is a form submission that hasn’t triggered the workflow, please share the specific submission details (such as the email address or phone number) and specify which workflow that submission was related to.

You can create a separate thread in Private Discussions and share it there to maintain confidentiality.

Please create a new private thread and share the details of the specific form submissions where the workflow did not capture the records.

Ensure that you include the workflow URL along with the user details or form submission details that have not been captured yet.

Additionally, we have removed the screenshots from our previous reply.
 
Hi, during the shutdown I entered two products into my website and they should appear on Insta AND Facebook.
Neither has appeared.
Neither appears in the log history, so I cannot even re-execute.
Both entries are on the Home page of my website (Bosse-De-Nage and Bono/Burattini)

Please fix.

  1. The workflow URL that is responsible for posting products to Instagram and Facebook.
  2. The exact details of the two products that should have been processed but did not:
    • Bosse-De-Nage
    • Bono/Burattini
