Hi Pabbly Team,
I have one Facebook Page with 4 different Lead Forms. I want to use only one workflow to capture leads from all 4 forms and send them to a single Google Sheet.
My Setup:

1. Trigger: Facebook Lead Ads - New Lead (Instant).
2. Form Selection: I have selected "all_lead_forms".
3. The Issue: When I select "all_lead_forms", I am unable to capture a sample response that shows my fields (Name, Email, Mobile). I also want to capture the Form Name in a separate column in Google Sheets to know which ad the lead came from.

What I need help with:

• How do I successfully "Capture Webhook Response" when using the "all_lead_forms" setting?
• How do I map the "Form Name" field to my Google Sheet column?
• If my 4 forms have different questions, how can I ensure all data is captured correctly in one flow?

It appears that you have disabled your workflow, which will prevent capturing a new response. Please clone this workflow, enable the cloned version, and then follow the steps suggested below.

Please watch this video to understand how you can setup your Facebook Lead Ads trigger step and capture a new form submission.

You can add the Get Lead Gen Form Details action step as step 2 of your workflow to fetch the form name.

Capture the form response from Form 1, then click the Re-Capture Webhook Response button and capture the response from Form 2. Repeat this process for all four forms.

Once responses from all four forms are captured in your trigger step, you can set up a router in your workflow with four routes. In each route, add a Google Sheets action step.

Then, map the data from Form 1 to the Google Sheets action step in Route 1, map the data from Form 2 to the Google Sheets action step in Route 2, and continue in the same way until all four form responses are mapped.

The filter condition in all four routes can be based on the form name.
