Urgent: Webhooks not working. All workflows failing

Hi team,

Webhooks are currently not working for me.

I tested this with a brand new workbook and a simple webhook trigger. When I open the webhook URL in the browser, I get this error every time:

“Whoops!
We seem to have hit a snag. Please try again later...”

As a result, multiple active workflows are failing.

I recorded a short video showing the issue step by step:

Please let me know if this is a known issue or outage and when it will be fixed.

Sounds like a platform-side issue rather than something on your end, especially if a fresh webhook is failing the same way. The “Whoops” error usually points to a temporary outage or internal error.

I’d double-check that the webhook is fully active, but if everything looks correct and multiple workflows are failing, it’s probably worth checking the service status or contacting support with your video.
