Thanks for reaching out.

This error usually occurs when no valid payment method is added under your WhatsApp Manager → Payment Settings in Meta Business, due to which Meta blocks message delivery.

To resolve this, please add/update your payment method by following this Meta help documentation:

Once the payment method is added successfully, please try sending the message again and let us know how it goes.
