    SOLVED - double-checked with webhook.site (CopeCart is sending successfully the webhook), then set it up again in Pabbly and did a test purchase and the webhook was received. Thank you.

I followed all the steps described here to set up the IPN trigger (created new generic integration in CopeCart, copied webhook URL from Pabbly into the CopeCart notification URL...
