    I don't think there is a webhook for that in New Zenler. Pabbly's trggier for NZ is using webhooks. So if they have webhook for that then you do not need pabbly team's help to use that. Confirm with NZ team if they have added webhook trigger for "Unenroll from course" or not.

    Whenever there are multiple conditions are involved you can use Routers - Router executes for all the true conditions.

    Yes, pabbly has those functions. For Conditionals you can use Filter or Router Then there are other things like Text Formatter, Number Formatter, Date/Time Formatter etc. And all other above mentioned will not consume any tasks in your account. Bcoz they all are counted as internal free tasks.

    @Supreme the issue client facing is he is not able to see Firstname, Lastname, Name and Email fields in the action step when he try to add a new action step in new workflow. But in the old workflow(see the screenshot shared by client above) it is showing those fields.
