    I am getting this error saying "this plan is temporarily inactive" I've check but not exceeded my billing limit.

    Subscription payment not getting captured in Pabbly

    Hi, I've received my 1st booking where a customer booked the subscription by taking a paid trial for 15days. I got the payments confirmation mail from razorpay. But when I checked Pabbly dashboard, it shows as payment pending. I am unable to understand what is wrong.
