I have been using the AI assistant for a couple of weeks now. I noticed that the AI assistant is not sticking to the knowledge base. It is answering all general queries as well.
Any help to improve it and stick to the knowledge base?

Let me explain the scenario.
There are 2 FLOWS.
FLOW1 is triggered when user types the keyword "learn"
FLOW2 is triggered when user types the keyword "investing"
If user types a sentence like "I want to learn investing", then none of the flows is triggered. Both keywords appear...

I have a query. How to prevent someone from spamming whatsapp when AI or FLOWS is enabled? Guidelines regarding the same is appreciated. Someone might misuse the AI leading to higher API costs and Pabbly Credits.
Can I add AI Assistant as a team member and assign chats based on rules? For example, I want the AI assistant to handle messages only when we are away. Otherwise, we will manually handle it.
Hi, I am planning to have FLOWS along with AI assistant. Is it possible to have both to handle customer queries? If my customer messages me, which one will be triggered first if enabled?
