Some advisors are having trouble responding via Pabbly Connect. They get the message “You are not authorized to send messages.” But they already had access and were sending messages previously. Why is this happening?

I have noticed that now when a user writes to my Pabbly WhatsApp, the message they send us is repeated twice, and I think that causes the ASSISTANT AI to automatically deactivate, which is causing me problems.
