    Customer Management Questions

    I am wondering if it is possible to: a) prevent a customer from accidently creating a second(duplicate) subscription by telling him he already has a scubscription. b) blacklist customers whose previous subscriptions were not payed before or customers which caused chargebacks. Can anybody help?
