    Add Bulk contact through csv is not working

    I am trying to upload bulk contact using csv file, but it is not accepting it. It shows the above error that it is not a valid csv file. I tried uploading the sample given, for that also it is giving the same error. Kindly guide how to upload the bulk contacts. I can not attach that csv file...
