Openphone issue with interface
I am using openphone in the workflow. Everything works, but there is only the option for the "Set inbox status" to "DONE". I want it to remain in "OPEN" but this option is not available. This is an oversight. Every inbox as both "OPEN" and "DONE". See attached.- NextHelp
