    But I didn't change anything to the automation - so why would it suddenly start working now? The one review you see there was my test, and it didn't work. When I submit the test in Pabbly it shows the correct reviews, but the rest of the workflow doesn't trigger

    I have a workflow set up that triggers with new GMB reviews, but it's not triggering. I just submitted a test review (see the screenshot) but the workflow didn't begin, I had to execute the steps manually. Is this because of the 10 minute trigger time? I waited for 15 minutes...

    Hey there. Thanks for your reply - this helps a lot. Is there any way to reduce the trigger time even further? So does this mean is there’s 5 reviews that come in before the 10 minute interval - that the trigger will fire 5 times when the 10 minutes runs out? Thanks!

    Is it true that the Google My Business Review Created trigger will only fire once every 8hrs? So it will not trigger automatically when someone leaves a review? If this is the case, I'll have to leave for Zapier unfortunately :(
