    We are facing this issue again, our all records are failing also its now allowing "ReExecution Failed steps" , it keep failing again,..... how long to fix this ??

    just because there is some issue in MYSQL integration. off course this error wil be same for all. We are facing same, sooner you see lots of client about same complaint.

    I can see system is working now. What was the issue ? Is it something on recent changes on pabbly?

    Correction : tried to "Save and Send Test Request" --> Email App with Mailgun This was with mysql connection not mailgun. Otherwise when tried on other workflow mailgun email was also not sent out in one of test.

    Any response from Moderator or Tech team . Production system is down as nothing working for facebook leads ads on account.

    I have tried re-executing the failed workflow. It shows that workflow actually ran successfully , but no data got saved in DB . Also it is not showing any in / out data for re-executing workflow...

    Followed all steps and did fresh connection incognito mode browser , but still no leads hit in that. Forms are valid and pull manually if hit SAVE & SEND request.

    Not Sure how it pulled that. but When I have refreshed it still showing the error as well in workflow. Also we want to catch lead with "NEW LEAD" rather than "Instant Lead". For as of now, both type not working. FYI : Form is active
