    Folders are public, links are public. My website is public. That is not the issue. I have tried png and jpg.

    Thanks, but that gives the same error. I'm using a .png link directly from my website, but I can see how this step would allow me to use Dropbox/Google which I am thankful for. It's like the posting step isn't accepting the blob from the upload media step.
