    I think I have fixed this by changing all or work flows to have trials, with a $1 setup fee. Then if the coupon is added the setup fee still triggers the credit card entry.

Yes we can capture a pending invoice event, but we cannot distinguish events that maybe a pending invoice, but currently in dunning and pending invoices...

    We write our own server code using the webhook function in Pabbly. Can you advise what webhook event to use in order to capture abandon carts? I can't see this as an option.

    Thanks for the explanation. However it doesn't address the follow-up for this customer that may be required. I would have thought that an abandoned checkout would end in a cancelled subscription rather than an unpaid subscription. Is there a way via a webhook to capture an abandoned checkout...
