404 on mautic Test send - Create contact in Mautic after Thrivecart purchase

Hello, I am trying to create new Mautic contact after buying product but I get 404 error.

I have enable API and HTTP basic auth. Mautic connection looks good.

We looked into your concern and it seems like you might not have authenticated your Mautic account correctly.

Also, make sure you have passed the base URL properly as mentioned in the help text.

Do you think error can come from there...?

I have tested another Mautic installation on other subdomain and looks like Pabbly Connect gets the error with subdomains Mautic installations.

Ok, thank you. I already did the same than the video.

I fixed the problem cleaning Mautic cache.

Just in case somebody has same issue.
